Dear readers!
The last month of spring has finally come. Recent world auctions were famous for great sales of the Russian art. However May holidays are coming up and the entire country is getting ready to celebrate another anniversary of the World War II victory. The editorial staff of the «Antiq.Info» magazine is happy to give their compliments to all the veterans who had accomplished this outstanding feat.
April was full of events at antiquarian market. A new building of the Technical Museum of Vadim Zadorozhny has been opened. And the season of annual rally retro mobiles has been opened in Moscow. At the same time visitors of the «Crocus Expo» Exhibition Center had an opportunity to appreciate the displays of the eleventh show of the antique automobiles and technical antiquaries at their true value. Those were the exhibits of «The Old Timer Gallery of Iliya Sorokin», the largest in Russia, in the Commonwealth of Independent States and in the Eastern Europe display of this type. Finally, the XXIV Russian Antiquarian Salon held in Moscow.
I would like to send my best regards to all the leaders of the Russian museums on the International Museum Day which will be celebrated on May 18.
